Originally designed as a house & land package for a developer, the eventual owners added their own touch to to the whole design. Completed in early 2020 the house sits on a narrow 8.3m wide block and is deceptively spacious.

With an impressive double height porch and with large feature window above the pivot entry door showcasing the ornate pendant light, leads into an open full height void with a modern floating mono stringer staircase with frameless balustrade which gives a glimpse of the 'peninsula fireplace' which separates the dining form the living.

The Kitchen features a large island with raised breakfast bar dressed in Black Granite bench tops with waterfall edges and metallic 2pac cabinets throughout. Next to the fridge is a tinted frameless glass pivot door which showcases the 'wine room' with under bench fridge and a LED backlit wine rack. There is also an oversized butlers pantry with extra fridge.

It has 3 bedrooms all with their own ensuite and an upper living area while the ground floor is a spacious open plan
